Financial Arrangements

Our fees follow the current Ontario Dental Association fee guide. Prior to proceeding with treatment, fees and financial arrangements will be discussed with you. Our aim is to provide you with an accurate estimate according to our records of your oral health; however at times unforeseen circumstances may arise during the course of treatment that will alter the fees and you will be updated as soon as possible.

For your convenience we can directly bill your insurance company and submit any co-insurance forms on your behalf at no extra charge. Any other fees not covered by your insurance will be your responsibility.

We deal with many insurance companies and plans which may change throughout the course of the year. In order to prevent delays in payments and reimbursements, we ask that you provide us with up to date information about your dental benefits. If you are unsure what is covered under your dental plan, bring your dental benefit booklet to our office and our staff will gladly assist you.

We accept the following method of payments: Visa, MasterCard, Debit, Cash and personal cheques*.

*Please note that a standard charge of $25 will be applied to any NSF cheque.

Appointments:

Your appointment time has been reserved exclusively for you. Our staff will be looking forward to seeing you and the room will be fully set up for your treatment.

We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise and that you may not be able to make your booked appointment. Should this happen, we kindly request that you give our office a 24 hour notice if you need to change your appointment. This would enable our staff to accommodate other patients who are in need of dental treatment.

Please note that a $75 charge may be applied for an appointment that was missed without any cancellation notice.
